To help us answer quickly, please include your device model, your iOS version and a short description of what happened.
Open the Site Office (settings) and choose the reset option. This clears your tower, focus history, tasks and progress on this device, and it cannot be undone.
Open the Site Office and toggle the daily nudge, where you can also pick the time. System-level control lives in Settings → Notifications → Towerly. The app works fully with notifications turned off.
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and toggle the setting for Towerly. You can change your mind at any time, and the app remains fully usable either way.
Your progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app removes it. You can also reset it from the Site Office. For anything else, email donatquir121@icloud.com and we will take care of it.
If Strict focus is on, leaving the app for more than thirty seconds during a shift ends it. You can turn Strict focus off in the Site Office.
Check that your device has a working internet connection, then reopen the app. If the problem continues, email us with your device model and iOS version.
